The Bath Tub Outlet Store is a division of VL Martin Enterprises. We are located in Klamath Falls, Oregon and have been been at our current location since 1984.  Our goal is to provide you with the best Customer Service possible. 

Delivery times depend upon product being ordered.  Custom designed products are subject to the manufacture's time frame. No returns for custom orders.  Product in stock at our retail store, normally ships within 2-3 business days.
